A pardon is often the only way to clear convictions in Pennsylvania if you’re not eligible for an expungement. Our team handles the full process; from application completion to hearing prep.

expungements

If you are over 70 y.o., have juvenile convictions, your charges were dismissed, withdrawn, or you completed a diversion program, expungement may fully erase your record.

clean slate

Some non-violent convictions may be eligible for record sealing under Pennsylvania’s Clean Slate Law. This hides them from public view which may help with employment or housing struggles.
